Registration Procedure

Note: Applicants may complete the entire registration process independently through the TICK CLUB website.

Step 1: Account Registration
Prospective learners must visit the official TICK CLUB website and create an account by providing essential details, including their full name, email address, and contact information.

 

Step 2: Completion of the Demo Class Application Form
Applicants are required to complete the demo class application form, providing necessary details such as the learner's name, age (if applicable), current language proficiency level, and specific learning preferences.

Step 3: Submission of Availability Preferences
Learners must specify their preferred days and hours of availability for classes. This information facilitates the scheduling of sessions in accordance with the learner’s availability.

 

Step 4: Confirmation of Schedule and Invoice Issuance
Upon review of the learner’s availability, TICK CLUB will confirm the proposed class schedule. Following confirmation, an invoice detailing the cost of the selected classes will be issued.

 

Step 5: Payment and Finalization of Enrollment
Once payment has been received, the classes will be officially scheduled. A confirmation email containing the finalized schedule and relevant details will be sent to the learner.

Terms and Conditions

• Invoices are issued two weeks prior to the conclusion of the current cycle.

• Payment must be completed within seven days of invoice issuance.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in modifications to the learner’s schedule for the subsequent cycle.

• Cancellations are permitted only in cases of emergency. In such instances, make-up classes will be arranged within the same contractual cycle.

• Requests for rescheduling are subject to the availability of both instructors and learners.

• Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, except in cases of emergency.

• All relevant information pertaining to classes and schedules is accessible via the learner’s profile on the TICK CLUB website.

Complimentary Classes

• 10% Bundle: Learners who book 10 classes will receive one complimentary class.

• 20% Referral: Learners who refer a friend will receive two complimentary classes per referral. The referred friend will also receive one complimentary class.

• 10% Video Sharing: Learners who record a 20-second video of each one of the 10 classes and share it individually on social media will receive one complimentary class.
